This is not a gym where people receive a memberships. We offer fitness programs customized to your individual needs. Certified personal trainer Carla Fields provides you with a personal assessment to learn about your health goals. Together you’ll see what is and isn’t working, as well as any medical considerations you may have, in order to develop a program that works for you. This program includes an individual schedule and timeline to help you reach your goals. Pricing will also be determined during this time.

Workout Sessions
Most sessions begin with a warm-up before switching gears to work on the upper body, stomach, or legs. This is followed by a nice cool-down session. We also teach you how to keep better track of the foods you eat and recommend supplements to keep you up to speed.

I am a Registered Nurse, former Nurse Manager, and Educator with over 25 years experience in Critical Care and Cardiovascular nursing with an emphasis in nutrition, weight management, and diabetes. I am a Certified ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer, Basic Cardiac Life Support/CPR provider, certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and a licensed Zumba instructor in Zumba Basic 1, Zumba Basic 2, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, and Zumbatomic for kids.Deanine Halliman PhD
Yoga Instructor
Deanine Grace, PhD was first introduced to yoga in the late 90’s. Over the years she has practiced various styles of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Kemetic. In 2012, she decided to share her love of yoga with others and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 hr) through the Yoga Alliance, the premier professional Yoga Association. Her personal practice and class instruction are the same, emphasizing breath work, focusing techniques and flowing postures to still the mind. Not one to forget her scientific background, she imbues her classes with the Science of Yoga, providing Holistic Education on the physical and mental benefits of a consistent yoga practice. This falls right in line with her consultant company, Bedside Manners LLC., a Health Education company that provides hands-on Wellness Treatments, of which yoga is one. -
